Rumor: Dev kits for the Wii U are not working properly
Before the Wii U was announced, 01net shared a lot of rumors that turned out to be incredibly accurate. They’ve shared a few more details about the Wii U that, while they can’t be confirmed, sound plausible.

It’s a new release so what would people expect? I’m pretty sure Nintendo will be giving replacements for the new purchasers. They won’t do things that will ruin their name.
